Matt & Helen came here!!

Matt and Helen have been our second non-blood related company since we've moved out here (the first was Janelle). I think both us and them were apprehensive about how it would go, as while we love them and have been friends for a long time, we have only spent one breakfast every 10 or more months together in the last three years. We don't chat on the phone or Skype on a regular basis. We do keep in touch through Facebook and blogging, with occasional texts and such but we wouldn't have said we were close. Now- we are! We has a fabulous six days with them and weren't ready to say goodbye at the end. 

Both our boys immediately took to Matt, which is a surprise because they (particularly Silas) tend to prefer females. We did a lot of fun touristy things with them (which we love) and spend many an evening talking late into the night. I didn't take many photos but here are a few :$
