Ezra LOVES animals. All the books he wants to read have animals. He knows MANY animals names, and noises. But we do not really have anyone around us that have friendly enough animals to play with a small child. So he is afraid of them. More like, terrified. I think he believes they should be about 2 -6 inches high, 2D and on a page. Rob and I thought perhaps he would enjoy the zoo- he would be able to view his beloved animal kingdom neighbours from a distance. Well, he didn't. He only liked the monkey's and the birds. And only from about a four foot distance between them. It was too funny. Here are some photos from our adventure:
