As of late

Silas was weighed last Tuesday and he was 18lbs 3 oz. He has been learning so fast. He waves, gives kisses, signs for milk, cruises on the furniture (today he started going with only one hand) and points and asks, "Dat?" He also says Dada, Mama and Hi. He was 10 months old last Thursday. He is napping from 8-9, 1-2 and goes down for the night without nursing at about 6:45. I am only nursing him at 8AM now, and his tummy has been tolerating about 4oz of cow's milk per day, plus some formula. We have also recently introduced cheese (in small amounts) and he seems to be doing fine with it. Slowly but surely, I think he will be on dairy 100% by age 1. What a miracle!

Ezra is still not officially potty trained. He's been wearing a pullup day and night because he refuses to go #2 anywhere but there. And he is inconsistant with when he goes and I got really tired of cleaning poop out of underwear. He does keep his pullup dry 6 days out of 7 and we have recently begun night time training with moderate success. He has been talking A LOT about our trip out West for Christmas and he is extremely excited to see each of YOU! Another thing he is obsessed with is Heaven. He has so many questions I cannot answer for him. He is very insightful- the other day he said that he thought Jesus had a good job (we were talking about where people worked) and when I asked him why he thought so, he responded with, "Because he gets to bring people to His home! That is pretty exciting!".  He also is excited about him and Silas growing up- he speaks often about how Silas wants to be a big boy like him, and how he wants to be a man like his Daddy. It is very sweet.
