I am here to tell you my placenta sucks, again. I had an ultrasound this morning that showed reduced cord flow from the placenta to our baby. It's not at a concerning level and there's naught to be done but it sounds like there may be a blockage or something when they listen to the blood flow on the Doppler. So I have ultrasounds every week until D-Day. And D-Day may be anytime from now until...who knows? They did schedule me for Jan. 14 but she my OB said today that was "written in pencil".
Baby was great. He is healthy in appearance and movement and amniotic fluid and everything else. He is measuring in at a tiny 3lbs, 11ozs, which is the 9th percentile. Also, my placenta looks healthy but they can tell its not based on the noises it was making during the exam.
So we wait and see.
