Vereniki Party 2013

For my birthday supper this year we made Vereniki- a Mennonite perogy with cottage cheese filling. We make them from a family recipe and they are my ultimate comfort food. It is a family tradition to make this together so we are doing our part on involving the boys! We also had a four friends join us in the preparation and consumption that evening and two more friends for fried leftovers the next day. It was perfect.
