They are...

Here is what the boys are doing:

Silas:
Silas says: Mama, Dada, Ezra, done, stairs, where?, what's this?, that, more
Silas's animal noises: lion, horse, dog, cat, gorilla, monkey, giraffe, crocodile
Silas's favourites: being outside, climbing, wrestling, brushing his teeth, reading
Silas's newest trick: blowing kisses when we say goodbye
Favourite inside toy: the tools and the free kitchen we got
Silas sings and dances to: music, the dryer, the mixer, the tap, the song in his head, the TV, the traffic, anything that resembles a beat or rhythm
Silas helps: sweep (by holding the dust pan) and rinsing the dishes
Silas needs: to learn to voice his concerns other than by screaming, to be careful not to hurt himself, to take one bite at a time.

Ezra:
-Ezra continues to be an insightful, thoughtful and gentle little boy.
-He went to both the dentist and the optometrist this week and has no teeth or eye issues to speak of, and may never, as he was in better than great health.
-Ezra has been teaching us all the French words he learned at his new preschool, such as the ABC's, sit down, hello, goodbye, goodnight, how are you?, etc.
-Rob has been reading The Chronicles of Narnia with Ezra and they are currently on the fourth book, The Silver Chair.
-Ezra talks incessantly. We are trying to teach him to not interrupt and to wait to start talking until you have something to say.
-Ezra has gotten really good at drawing pictures that actually look like what he says they are. We are getting to the age of learning how to colour in the lines, etc.
-He is 3'4" and 31lbs
